Your mission
We are looking for a Financial Controller who will help Ritmo be successful in managing its resources.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
As an early employee, you will have an amazing opportunity to participate in the development of the finance team, being exposed to the whole process. As a growing company, at Ritmo you will take a key role in the hiring process and team management of future signings.
You will be part of a team of like-minded individuals in a very fast paced environment, and get to work on exciting multidisciplinary problems.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the owner of accounting, cash management, and training future interns.
Maintain day-to-day relationship with both accountants and auditors.
Analyze and provide insights on the monthly financials to verify accuracy and completeness in accordance with reporting standards.
Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs tied to Ritmo’s mission.
Respond to the reporting needs of Ritmo’s leadership and Board of Directors.
Your profile
Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Audit (Big 4), Accounting, and/or FP&A.
Masters degree in Finance is a plus.
Internal control experience.
Problem-solver (you can work independently on your own tasks).
Comfortable working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced hyper-growth business.
You’re analytical, have excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional proficiency level of English.
