Customer Success Specialist (Intern)

Your mission
To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist Intern who will help Ritmo to continue its path of being a customer obsessed company, managing our clients in the best way possible.

You will have an amazing opportunity to learn from an amazing and vibrant team! You will be supporting the Customer Support and Account Management team and participate in the daily operations of the Sales Team. You will be exposed to the whole process, from lead to deal, and will learn how to deliver the best experience to our customers.

And last, but not least, you will get growth in your career by being part of a team of like-minded individuals in a very fast paced environment, and get to work on exciting multidisciplinary problems.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support and Account Management Team.
  • Make sure to fully understand the needs of each client and remove blockers during the onboarding experience.
  • Take a critical look at internal processes to provide & implement improvements to make the onboarding process as efficient as possible.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationship with the Business Development Team, Data Team and Risks Team.
  • Support customer requirements and requests.
  • Review customer files.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Quick learner — you are able to assimilate huge amounts of information quickly.
  • Problem solver - you can work independently on your own tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High willingness to join a fast-paced project.
  • Fluent in English, (Bonus: Spanish and/or French).
  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges all the time.
  • Must be comfortable with constant change.
