Your mission
To support our ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a smart and hard working Business Development Representative in CDMX with 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the startup, fintech or VC ecosystems.
You will be responsible, along with your team, for scouting the market, finding new opportunities in existing and new markets, and closing financial operations with top tier clients.
As an early employee, you will have an amazing opportunity to participate in the development of the business development team, being exposed to the whole process, from prospecting, to client relationship management including deal closing. As a growing company, at Ritmo you will take a key role in the hiring process and team management of SDRs.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new opportunities among digital brands, e-commerce, and online marketplaces sellers.
- Own and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure of the deal.
- Structure financial operations, with the aim of helping companies take advantage of their growth opportunities.
- Help to continuously improve the existing process on origination and closing of opportunities.
- Analyze new geographical opportunities, contributing with the development of the expansion roadmap, understanding legal restrictions, existing competitors, etc.
- Help new and existing clients to understand the impact of the flexible capital and to find new growth opportunities.
- Understand clients needs, and continuously collaborate with the data and operations team to create new financial solutions and improve existing ones.
- Find and execute new origination strategies to impact the higher number of leads possible.
